Storyline : Sanak opens up with a joyfully hitched couple (Vivaan) and Anshika (Rukmini Mitra) partaking in an open air fire date on their third wedding commemoration when the last unexpectedly drops. It is found that Anshika is experiencing hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and should be worked at the soonest. 

Post a fruitful medical procedure, Anshika is good to go to get once again to her glad existence with Vivaan when a gathering of psychological oppressors headed by Sajju (Chandan Roy Sanyal) assault the clinic and take her and a few others as prisoners for their deplorable intentions. At the point when Vivaan understands the prisoner emergency in the clinic, he transforms into a small time armed force to handle the posse and save his woman love. Then again, ACP Jayati Bhargav (Neha Dhupia) who is leading the salvage activity ends up in a Catch 22 circumstance.
